Re - the recording - please specify in your application that you have made the recording and I will contact you via chat so you can send it as freelancer may not allow you attach an mp3 file with your application. I require an experienced top quality telemarketer with perfect English skills to call facebook leads. You will be reading a spiel and asking 4 questions to qualify leads. You will be using a simple custom CRM (customer record management) that will guide you through the call so you must have good computer skills and be able to navigate the CRM. You must have a laptop and a good internet connection plus a mobile phone or headset as you will be using viber to make the calls and connecting to the CRM via an ip address. You must make a voice recording of part of the spiel and submit it in order to apply. In your voice recording please read the attached word document. Once you have recorded the spiel in the word document as an audio file in mp3/mp4 format please submit it with your application. Any applications without a voice recording will not be considered. I also have a link to a basic video of how the CRM worked for a previous campaign. It is just a quick demonstration that I sent to a previous telemarketer. Please note the new campaign is different from what is explained in the video but the CRM will work in a similar way. The CRM will be modified for this campaign and will have the spiel embedded in it. I recommend you watch the video before submitting your application to get an idea of how the CRM will work.

I have a team of experienced agents and we are currently doing outbound calls for a health insurance company in the US where my agents give insurance options to customers. Each agent is generating an average of 10 leads per day. This is a transfer-type campaign and we transfer those qualified customers to the Licensed Agents in the US. We also have experience in outbound sales calls for AT&T, solar, online local search, real estate, HVAC, debt collection, logistics, insurance coordination. Other experiences we have are technical and customer support, research, data entry, appointment setting, handling ticketing systems, lead generation, real estate appointment setting. All my agents are based in my office, thus the reliability. We have 2 internet providers and I have an IT team on a 24x7 schedule to provide tech assistance to all my agents. We are up-to-date with the current technologies, like desktop sharing (teamviewer, citrix, gotomeeting), CRM/project management tools (Salesforce, Zoho, Asana, etc.), cloud services and VoIP (we have used ringcentral, vicidial and other dialers). We have experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, google drive) and we're knowledgeable with online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar).
