I need an Experienced MLM Phone Person

I am in internet marketing and working with one of the biggest earners in Network marketing. My job has been to create some sites and to use his story to generate leads. problabme is now that i have generated them my upline is to busy to follow up.. I need some one with experience in network marketing who can follow up with home business leads and convert them into sign ups for a health and wellness home business company. these are great leads. we can either work out a flat fee for every lead you close based on the commission structure upfront if you want to be free lance or i can put you in under me. either way i need help and i need some one experienced.
