Require Onsite LEVEL 1/Band 1 IT Support/Technician(PRMGT1971)

This is a new project of our Client HCL - Rockwell and we have new opportunity as per below site address & we need onsite Level 1 IT support here. It would be basic level 1 Desktop Support activities. We need confirmation on the costing for Per Hour, Half Day, Full Day. I would also want to point out that the expense of travel is not included in this project. Site Address:- • Site 1 - Rockwell Samsung Automation Biz B/D 4th F1 Taegu Industrial Materials Complex Town Sangyok- dong Puk-gu DAEGU 702-012. • Site 2 - 477 Bora-ri Giheung-Eup Yongin City Gyeonggi-do. • Site 3 - Rockwell Samsung Automation 5th Floor Gwangiu Trade Center 1589-1 Woosan-dong Gwangsan- gu GWANGJU 506-721. • Site 4 - 3rd Floor IP Pavilion 1477 U-dong,BusanCity, HAEUNDAE-GU. • Site 5 - 507 Donghae Officetel 1-Dong Shinjung-Dong 167-15, Ulsan. • Site 6 - 430 Nonhyun-ro Gangnam-gu SEOUL SLA: - • 4 hours response on-site Same Business Day (SBD) • Next Business Day (NBD) • 2 Business Days (2BD) Language Required: - Bilingual, needs to be fluent in English & Korean Skill Level: - Level One High level Scope of Work: - Dispatch sites & Scheduled Visit Service Requirements Dispatch Support IMACD Yes HW Break Fix Yes Desk Side Support/Laptop Support Yes Data Backup/restore Yes End user computing Support Yes Hands & Eyes Yes Network Hands & Eye support Yes Executive Support Yes Phone/Meeting Room services Yes Printer Support Yes Mandate Requirements: For the Project • Partner engineer should be direct employee of partner and not freelancer/engineer from other subcontractor. • Engineer should have minimum 18 months of experience as deskside support engineer and fluent in local language and English. • Remote training and onsite training will be assigned to the Engineers. All the training assigned must be completed as soon as they are assigned. • All the technician should have access tools Basic Tool kit/ Laptop/ Console cable & Cell phone for communication. • Technicians that perform the maintenance, installation and testing of Equipment are certified by the manufacturer (preferable) or with similar experience levels to perform maintenance, installation and test for the applicable equipment.
