Tattoo Design

Hi! I have tattoo which i want to upgrade and i need design for it. The existing one is an eye (i will attached picture of it) and i want to extend it through my front left side upper body. Recently i overcome addiction and that will be the accent. I want the tattoo to start from my hip and finish over my shoulder. I want octopus with horns like a devil in fire trying to catch a man(warrior). One of the octopus tentacle could go around the back, another could be tear. The man is trying to fly and have a broken chain on one of his [login to view URL] could be some sort of a battle or the men just break free looking up the sky. Inside the existing eye i would like to add bars(like prison) and tears. I want to include a compass somewhere, digit: "317" ,words: "never look back" and maybe some sort of maze. I know i'm not very specific but i prefer to hand the work to a professional with the better imagination. I will attached few pictures for ideas. Can you please give me estimate for the price and the time you need to complete the project. Thank you!
