Connect on RDP from different domain + run EXE

Hi, My name is Amanat Ali and I am experienced Windows Server Administrator. I read your project description very carefully. I think I can do this. However, I have few questions. You said we can not use PSExec because servers are on different domain. However, PSExec can be used to execute remote programs as long as you have username / password and sufficient access of remote server. Can we install a custom developed program on remote server which will act as 'remote program executor'? I am available on Chat to discuss this project.
