Vicidialnow and Asterisk Expert Required

I am looking for someone expert on Vicidial setup. I already installed ? vicidialnow and can start from fresh if needed. What we want to do following things ? step by step & prepare rough doc: How to setup trunks. How to connect to the system and make calls via softphone How to setup a basic campaign, with a working example. How to load list and run campaign.? How to setup predictive environment.
