I have done similar projects like this before. I can provide the professionally made design report (FEA done in Staad Pro or Ansys) along with the drawing showing the member size and connection arrangement (Bolted or welded). I can also suggest the weld size and bolt size as part of the report and drawing substantiated by the calculations. If the project is assigned to me, I need to have the intended loads for which you want to design the deck and which material you are going to use for this deck (To set the allowable stress limits).
