I am looking to create a Payment System based on credit and debit cards by means of biometric authentication. This will be incorporated with an Handy-Man application, what is an Hand-yMan application you ask? This application will basically locate the nearest handyman within X distance of your location and you can contact them directly from this app. As each handyman will need to be paid we are looking to incorporate a Biometric Payment with this Application. Additionally this Biometric Application should also be able to work as a stand-alone application in order to be used for other services. This information might be very vague but please let me know if you get a full idea of what i am looking to implement here and we will have a more in-depth talk about it. Additionally i have attached two documents with detailed information of what i am looking to develop.
