Windows Camera App and data transfer via API

Hello, Based on the description it is required to implement a Photo Camera application that must be able to run on the MS Surface Pro tablet. It is required to implement the image management support using the FileBound API. I analyzed to full document document specification and the File Bound API. I have great experience in developing image processing application in WPF technology that is supported on the MS Surface Pro.
