Update Existing Software

Currently i have one system need to be update to add more fields and add in more control. The software written in VB.Net (Visual Studio 2008) with MS SQL Server 2008 R2 Database. Job list like below Main Transaction Entry screen : - Add 1 more integrated screen let user choose either A or B - The entry screen need duplicate into 2, when choose A go screen A, choose B go screen B, most of the fields are remain same, just got some fields will be different. - Add/Adjust fields - Set it able to integrate with 3 databases. Currently when click save it will store in database A, i need set it when click save it will store data into database A,B & C. All db in different location, the connection string is in a [login to view URL] file. - System currently link with usb card reader, when scan the value go to a cardno field, just like barcode scanner. But after scan, auto add more '0' in the middle. Example scan get value '12345678', when pointer exit will become '0123045678'. - after they select customer (on of the field in entry screen), it will check data on database B for certain criteria, if yes then will need to show some info let user choose, else do nothing. -When done/save able to print out a small slip. Listing/Search Screen : -Now the search function a bit slow when handle more data, check how to improve the speed.
