Hello, Thank you for posting. How large are the Invoice files? because power apps have a limit of 50Mb in uploading documents. If that is a problem then we can use MS Forms, if the invoices are less than 50 Mb, then that works fine with power apps. The major work will be done using Power Automate to extract, process, and send emails with all the appropriate connectors and APIs available.
