Medical vitals EKG simulator

Hello I am an OS X system and desktop UI developer. You mention it is a simple app - could you describe your idea in more details? To my understanding, the user can input measurements and the app should draw those on a graph. What other operations should the app allow? Do you have any sketches that can clarify your idea? I have created apps that display data on graphs. One of them was a dash camera video player, which downloaded an accelerometer measurements from cameras and rendered it as 3 lines on a graph (x,y,z accelerations) synchronously as the video was being played. The user could also interact with the graphs using mouse (highlight an area on the graph to select the sensitivity of the device's accelerometer).
