IVUS and TVC Edge Detection - Image Processing Matlab

Hello! I've a great interest in this project as a proficient Computer Vision expert who have heavy experiences in Image Processing & Pattern Recognition. Although I can't explain exactly what approaches I'll use, I think I can achieve this goal by applying some Frequency Analysis approach. Usually, lumens are brighter than surroundings. Utilizing fft or wavelet, we can eliminate most of parts while keep lumen. And if we apply some image filters to emphasize edge and detect contours, we can get rough contour i think. And then we can link those contours introducing some interpolation algos. Anyway, I feel confident that can fulfill your requirements at high level. hi 1. GUI will take 2-3days 2. Very fast edge detector (up to 60 fps) toolbox setup will take around 10days. my price is fixed for this project as there are lots of sources available for this. and higher price doesn't deserve for this project as its development is huge, so wasting big amount on this is unnecessary. thank you
