hi
i want a tool which can monitor a folder where new RAR files are exist ( new RAR files are being downloaded with a sub folder to this monitor folder)
the tool will auto detect any new RAR files, then unrar using winrar, then compress in store mode with a slice (1gb) and add a txt file in it, then move new splitted RARs to a folder !
