Create primitive software or modify existing one

I need a software to automatize downloading picture albums from a social network [login to view URL] A program for automatically downloading several albums exists, but has no function to download all albums from several users, communities and public pages at once. i need a program to download all picture albums from a list of users/groups/public pages in maximum quiality at once. Program should be able to accept tasks in a form of a text file, where URL of all users/groups/public pages are listed.
