Wowza nDVR live stream archive project

We need someone to write a quick and easy archive strategy for Wowza nDVR plugin that allow us to record live streams and store them for X amount of days (15 or 30 etc) channel by channel. End user should be able to access a stream at any point and time of the recording using any of Wowza's available streaming protocols (rtmp, hls etc) - recording paths per channel should be specified - use wowza's nDVR plugin - recording an recycling of files should be automated (15 - 30 days) - should support windows / Linux OS - feel free to use xml format to specify which channels to record, their storage length & destination etc
