I need a server app written in C or Python, to respond a single request. If I send a string in the URL like "name=Bob" the app will respond "Bob was connected on {day} at {time}". This app is only for testing purposes, and will be a long term work. The app will run on Linux UBUNTU server. I need the source code, object code, list of dependencies and step to install / start.
