Hiring Expert Adult Webcam Model Recruiter

Hello, I am in the need of someone who can recruit adult webcam models for my studio. Duties: - Place classified ads in websites (craigslist, backpage) - Recruit local talent from your City - Create a spreadsheet that provides the models private minutes acquired, hours worked, address, payment info, etc. - Must be able to recruit international talent; mainly focusing on Russia, Germany, Poland, and Czech Republic - Must be able to recruit at least 50 webcam models in a 1-3 month period This contract has the option of becoming long-term based on performance. You will be paid a percentage of the models earnings, bonuses, and your salary requirement. Please note that you will only be paid for your models earnings after they are completely activated with the studio and login to start working.
