As a Market Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth, help us drive more conversions, and inform business decisions. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth. What We Do: We, at Tzohar, offer a free energy audit and a full bespoke service to innovatively update commercial properties to help them save up to 70% on their commercial electricity bills. We provide services from energy auditing to the complete installation of new LED fixtures. After we do the audit and inspection, we’ll match the best rebate program for the customer. We present our findings to the customer in the form of a report with a comprehensive description of what the lighting fixture, ballast and/or bulb will be changed to. This report also details the exact wattage that was originally used versus how much it will be reduced to with an overall rebate dollar amount. We strongly believe we have a unique advantage in the marketplace, and are able to pass on significant savings to our customers on the retrofit level. What We Struggle With: We are currently facing several challenges in our LED rebate marketing campaign. Firstly, we have observed that the Google search volume for commercial LED rebates is significantly low, which is affecting the campaign's overall performance. Additionally, we are struggling to identify our perfect audience, making it difficult to target our marketing efforts effectively. While we have identified some keywords that generate a good amount of impressions but not enough clicks. From the clicks that we are getting, we are only getting a few conversions, we believe that there may be better options to drive higher conversions. To this end, we are exploring possible ways to improve the results and we are looking into fixing and improving our website, UX, and advertising to better engage our target audience; however, we may need help on this. One of our other proposed solutions is to implement remarketing tactics to re-engage potential customers who may have left the site without making an inquiry. However, before implementing this strategy, we are finding out how to improve the conversion funnel to maximize the effectiveness of our remarketing efforts.
