Wanted PR7 + Links and any .edu and .gov Links

We are looking for some PR7 + Links and some .edu and .gov links for our sites. please post your offer for each single link or for a package of links. # All links must be permanent. # Must be manually submitted. No use of Automated software. # Links must contain our target anchor text and link to index page # All links must be indexable by googlebot, no rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc. # Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted. # Payment will be made by GAF or Paypal, that will be released once we have verified the URLs. Thanks
