Article, PR, directory and web 2.0 site submission (FxAI)

I need help with the following: 1. 100 social bookmarking submission 2. 100 web directory submission 3. 50 blog directory submission 4. 25 x 10 article submission (10 articles to 25 sites) 5. 20 x 2 Press release submission (5 articles to 50 sites) 6. 10 x 5 Web 2.0 site creation and article submission (BLogger, Weeby, Scribd, etc.) 7. 20 x 5 forum post submission (5 forum posts to 20 sites) - List to all submission sites will be provided by me. - All content, articles etc. will be provided by me. - All links, target keywords, anchor texts etc. will be provided by me This is the site to be promoted: [login to view URL] The total number of submissions above is 750, however, not all submissions will work.
