265673 css/html site

I am looking to get a site created in css/html (web 2.0), I want the site to look like www.liquidweb.com. However totally different product, company and pages etc. But same header, menus, sub category menus and body look and feel. This should be quick and easy. I would need the shell including each group of subcategories and then I will add all content. Please reply with similiar projects you have done. I need to make sure it is SEO friendly. Please include timeline. This will be paid via escrow, as we have had an unpleasant experience.
