Photoshop rending Script

We need a script written that does the following: 1. Takes pdf files that we have placed and designed in a folder on our desktop (see attached example). 2, Those PDF files need to be rendered via photoshop onto our headphone product and the script needs to batch output a jpeg (see example). We need to be able to place multiple PDF's in the folder and have the script simultaneously create all the renderings (we don't want to do them one by one as we can already do that) and output all the JPEGs that we desire into a seperate folder on our desktop with corresponding filenames. We have attached a PDF showing how our artwork will be supplied, a photoshop file showing where and how the artwork should be rendered, and then a sample jpeg output file. REMEMBER WE ONLY WANT YOU TO BID ON THIS PROJECT IF YOU CAN WRITE A BATCH SCRIPT WHERE WE DO NOT HAVE TO DO EACH FILE ONE BY ONE IN PHOTOSHOP. Please PM with any questions.
