Tele-sell Advertising Banner space on website. 1,500+ quality leads provided

We have a very select group of the top decision makers in the pub/bar industry in the UK and several other countries around the world who use our website and can only access it via a login which makes the users of the site very sought after targets for people trying to sell them their products. We are looking for 1 or more sales people to sell advertising banner space to all kinds of breweries, microbreweries, beer-bloggers, pubs, bars, anyone who would want their product to be seen by these decision-makers. The advertiser will also get login access to the site which shows a league table of the pub/bar industry market and therefore will benefit from market-inside information for which they can use for sales targeting purposes. The banners will be in the form of 2 vertical banners, one on the left and one on the right of the page. When the mouse is run over the banner, it slides out to show a larger advert. The banners will appear on the landing page of the site where users login and also on the inside of the site for which only users with login details will see them. The banners will be rotating so everytime the page is refreshed a new company's add appears. Costs: Banners on landing page: £10 per week Exclusive banners on inside of site for authorised site visitors only: £20 per week (+ login access to inside info) The advertising will be for a minimum period of 3 months and will be rolling thereafter. The advertiser will need to supply the advertising material in a specified dimension or for an additional £20, we can provide the advertisement for the advertiser (advertiser will be able to approve ad before being uploaded). Once advertiser is paying, they will be able to change the advertisement that they show at any time by contacting us and sending us the new ad. The list of leads appears as followers and people my company is following on Twitter. You will need to work out how to contact them(should be easy for someone who knows sales). There is 1,500+ real quality leads. For the work, we are paying £100 fixed pay and then £10 or £20 thereafter for each sale depending on which of the options the advertiser chooses (outside or inside site). The salesperson chosen will be expected to attain a minimum of 10 sales. For the successful salesperson, quite a bit more can be made. This means that the basic pay is £200 minimum and everything else you can make after that with potential of up to £30,000+ total I look forward to receiving your proposals.
