rework existing flash banner

Need a flash navigation banner/header reworked to look more in line with mockups provided of mocked up header and created mocked up pages. I want the header to look more web 2.0. I already have the existing .fla. to start from. Need to add correct names to buttons. Create 3 new web 2.0 buttons at the top. Have all buttons go to a page of that name when clicked. Add the words maximizing oppourtunities with a small flash movement. I will eventually want to replace the picture of the skyscrapers with a short rotating flash slideshow of professional photographed buildings. Add Xebec logo as shown in examples and generally follow instructions listed on the page provided.
