I am a real estate investor that buys real estate in the US . I want you to data research areas on the web and by calling/speaking with realtors/property managers. I want you to call sellers that are trying to sell their home to see if it is worth me buying. I will pay a base salary and for houses that I buy a commission of $300. I buy 1-2 houses a month. I will provide instruction and scripts. I will provide the email account and telephone if needed.
