Limitations: What are the inherent limitations of the tool? What pitfalls should you look out for when using the tool? Review of a journal article where the tool was used in conjunction with tissue engineering: FIND A JOURNAL ARTICLE in which MRI was used and describe the motivation for the paper, how MRI was used, what the results were, how those results fit into the bigger picture, etc… Protocol: Find a standard protocol for using the tool.
