We need a report covering all shopping malls (with at least 30 shops; malls with less than 30 shops are not relevant) in the following cities in India: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Aurangabad, Kanpur, Ahmedabad). (A) For each mall, the report must contain (excel list; we would provide an [login to view URL]) - name of mall - address of mall - property manager of mall - opening date of mall - total number of shops in mall - average rent (INR per square meter) in mall - number of visitors per day of mall (B) In addition, the report must contain some overview slides (powerpoint) on the findings. We would provide a pptx.template. The report would have to be provided within 5 days.

Hi This project seems to be very interesting. As I told you, we have worked on a number of sector reports. It is very easy to get data on shopping malls (or organised multibrand retail) market in India. The problem we might face would include datapoints like: average rent, number of visitors per day etc. This would require primary research. We have worked on that as well.
