Southern California Fitness (Gym) Market Research

I need to gather market data on the fitness/gym market in Southern California, specifically the Hollywood area. I'm looking for information on non-corporate owned or franchised fitness facilities only. This would be any small gym (think the martial arts studio in the strip mall down the street, NOT the big LA Fitness facility on Hollywood Blvd) of any fitness related disciple, (yoga, martial arts, pilates, spin studios, boxing gym, (the more diversity the better) etc. I need information on their fees and class schedules. The final product would be an Excel sheet with the following columns: Name, Address, Contact Info, Specific Type of Fitness (Bikhram Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Kung Fu, Karate, Boxing, etc) Fee Structure (I need the most detail here so the should be columns similar to "Fee to Join", "Monthly Fee", "Single Class Fee", and any others that may be applicable.), Class Availability Information (I envision columns like "# of Classes/day", "# of Class/Week", "# of Classes/Month", and any others that make sense. These can be averages.) Any other columns that seem pertinent. Geographically I'm only looking for information in the Hollywood to Mid Wilshire area. The boundaries would be Wilshire Blvd on the South, the Hollywood Hills/Los Feliz Blvd on the North, La Cienega Blvd on the West, and Vermont Ave on the East. What I'm NOT looking for: Anything outside of those geographic boundaries, i.e. Glendale, Burbank, South LA, Downtown LA, Beverly Hills, etc. Information on large corporate chain or franchised gyms, i.e. Bally's, LA Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, Gold's Gym, etc. This data will be used to develop a pricing model for a fitness related service so the pricing and scheduling information is very important.
