I am requiring a 3d façade render of the attached design (13040_PRELIM [login to view URL]), and specifically Sheet 3 Elevation to East. It should be finished somewhat like the attached façade ([login to view URL]) but with the appropriate smooth rendered finish as opposed to brick veneer downstairs, and the other couple of changes. I can obtain dwg files of the 13040_PRELIM [login to view URL] file if that is of use.
