I need some 3d models created

I need about 10 models made. I have not decided fully on which ones I want done first, so I am asking for bids on both of them. The first bid is create 10 vehicle inspired models from my concept designs. Designs will be forwarded to winning bidder. The second bid is to create 10 bipedal models that are fully rigged with basic animations for walk, run, jump, and idle. Again, I am asking for 2 bids. 1) bid to make 10 vehicles, and 2) bid to make 10 bipedal models, rigged with four animations. The concepts for these models will be handed over to the winning bidder. As I have a limited budget on this matter please keep in mind that I may only have need of 5 3d models. Thank you very much in advance for bidding on my project.
