Quickbase Expert/Database, CRM and Email Manager

Motive Entertainment, a leading grass roots movie marketing agency is seeking an experienced database manager to oversee our database and CRM tools. Must be knowledgeable in Quickbase, as well as google docs and Mailchimp or other email platforms. Database needs cleansing, deduping and other updates, as well as updated categorization for better searching and sorting. Job includes sending out email blasts to our lists, and updating our email processes. Please send resume and references. You may work remotely, but must come to office once or twice a week for update meetings. Will work as a subcontractor. Retainer will be $2,500 to $4,000 per month to start, based on experience and workload.
