Twilio Python

Need someone who is familiar with twilio api for python and how to implement it in a script that I have already written. I need the twilio part to choose a new number from a list of my twilio subaccount numbers, then wait for an incoming text message to come in. Once it receives a text message, output that text as a variable. I only want to pay around $20 for this simple addition. ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF TWILIO.
