Post to Facebook Groups with Python

I will trigger this script with windows task scheduler every day at a certain time however once triggered I want the script to randomly pic 1 day every calendar week to not execute. Basically I just want to post to fb groups 6 random days every calendar week. Also, naturally I don't want to be logging in and posting to facebook at the same exact time every day so the next step I want the program to do is... 1. Randomly pick an amount of seconds to wait between 0 and 18000 before proceeding to next step 2. Launch Firefox (or Chrome whichever the script works better with. Only Firefox or Chrome) 3. Go to [login to view URL] 4. Detect if not already logged in 5. If not already logged in, login. Pause for random amount of seconds (1-6) 6. If already logged in pause 1-6 seconds then proceed to next step 7. Visit 1 of many groups I'm already a member of (at random). If you plan to do this with url, group id, group name, etc please also build in validation steps to ensure the url/name is still valid and if not then select a different group 8. Post a pre-written post along with image at random to the group (I will have 50-100 posts and images for the script to randomly choose from). After pasting post into field wait 15-25 seconds randomly before clicking post 9. Randomly like 5-15 other posts within the group based on keyword (all 3-20 seconds apart from each other). Must be random likes, not just the most recent posts. 10. Pause for 60 - 180 seconds and then proceed to next group at random (remember to validate if next group url/name is valid) and repeat steps 8 and 9. Only go on to the next group 2-4 times (random). Do not post to any more than 5 or any less than 3 groups 11. Logout 5-20 seconds after final post 12. Close facebook tab (ok to leave other tabs within browser open) 13. Pause randomly for 9000-14400 seconds 14. Repeat steps 2-13 but only repeat 2 times. This will be 3 runs total (The original run and then the 2 repeats). Then end program until the next task scheduler trigger For step 10, must be minimum of 3 groups and maximum of 5 groups and then stop. No more than 5 and no less than 3. Then steps 11-14 I will need end to end support please. Instructions how to use, test functionality on my machine, assist with drivers, etc
