I NEED SOMEONE WITH OPTIMIZATION EXPERTISE I need to come up with a way to optimize trade execution of orders to minimize market impact. I need to route orders from two different exchanges and decide how to efficiently execute an order taking into account certain constraints. I already have the code to extract market data.
