Need python script to clean email list

I would like a Python script that does the following: 1- Allows me to select any csv file like the attached file on my computer (see [login to view URL] attached) 2- Remove all blank lines and semicolons between email addresses 3- Removes duplicate emails 4- Puts all unique emails one under the other in the same column 5- Outputs a new csv file with the following information in file name: input-file-name + date + time (ex: [login to view URL]) Thank you
