--> The goal is to create a custom scatterplot for a website, where the data source are tables contained in a csv file on a server. Further, the shown data points should be connected by arrows which are defined in a second *.csv file on the server --> Preexisting open source or licensed sultions may be used (like Django, mpld3, highcharts,...) --> For all details & examples please see the attached description. --> I am looking for an offer with an estimate of workhours required for the described features & criteria + optionally for the Bonus criteria described in the document attached. --> Programmers who provide additional insight and ideas to provide performant & practial solutions & ideas are preferred. ! -> Please send me a rough estimate of the number of hours you think this project will take, ideally per feature described in the document. Thank you. Result of this project: A runnable software that enables plotting data on the localhost with no data leaving the localhost.

For Interactive Scatter plot, there is JavaScript Based Charting API. We have used it to show Dynamic Graphs in Front-end. But we might also need to pre-process the csv data in backed using Django and Data Science Modules. We use React and nodeJS to make website. Sever side running with graph plotting will be done using something called D3.js. This is possible to be done within 100-150 hours with our own custom design or within 60-70 hours if design are already available.
