DCM file Parser Expert with Node js /Javascript

My company is supporting medical team . they are using CT machine to observe the patient's healthy . They are building digital medical system asap . openrem is supporting such functionalities . they are special for dcm file . dcm file includes patient 's all information such as weight,height,age and so on. openrem is parsing and showing them . but it is completed by python /django . but our company is going to plan new system medical team's dcm file . also we know javascript and node js is best . but we have one issue to move to next step . it is parse functionality to get all information from dcm file . we need to use node js to parse and save data object to DB from dcm . so right candidate have to resolve this issue .
