Help with 2 easy python tasks, as soon as the project will be awarded.

I have 2 easy tasks that I have to assign tomorrow, I want you to help me solve them and eplain the easy code step by step, so if values will be changed tomorrow then I know how to solve this. Second task is a motivation on why one answer is better then the second answer (very easy IT security) You need to have time now, not tomorrow not later, but now as soon as you see this project. You need to be a programmer (understands the python language) Have good communcation skills, good in english and good in teaching Be prepared to sit with me like 1-2 hour for this task but its very very easy for the one who knows it thats why its a micro project.
