Build a virtual keyboard

I need an application that records keys pressed and the on/off index time of each key pressed. The application runs in the background, a key combination triggers the recording , values are stored in a text or excel compatible file. Recording is stopped via key combination. 1. Start record CTRL + S Index time : 0.0 S Each key stroke is recorded together with its ON/OFF index time. Example : Key on time off time E 0.1 0.2 A 0.3 0.4 … 2. Stop record CTRL + Q Values are exported in a file that is an Excel compatible format titled ”Recording” . 3. Start playing A recording file is loaded into the application via FILE OPEN command. CTRL + P The virtual keyboard takes the values from the Recording file and plays them as inputs in parallel with the actual keyboard strokes. Recording can be triggered via CTRL + S keys combination. Recording should work just like on point 1.
