Simple to understand document with stock graphics

Hello, I’m creating a grocery list for my 82 year old father. He is in bad health and needs help remembering what to buy at the store. This list will be an editable document on a normal 8.5X11 piece of paper. I need two graphics on the paper: chicken soup AND a bowl of steamed vegetables. The rest of the list is as follows: ‘Memory dietary plan’ -Keto Diet Fast from 7pm- 11am everyday Eat: Veggies- Artichoke Romain lettuce Broccoli Radish Ginger Basil Rosemary Parsley Chives Sweets- Yam (different then sweet potato) Berries (if you have to have fruit) Carrots Fats- Chia seeds Avocado Olives Coconut oil Coconut flakes Macadamia nut milk Ghee Cacao butter Proteins- eggs Chia seed protein powder White chicken White turkey Bison Fish No: Fruit (grapes, banana, etc…) Cheese or dairy Carbohydrates Pork Beef Sugary drinks With the content alone, this is an easy list that i can make. However I want someone that has an eye for creating something spectacular! I need this to be the simplest, most easy to read and remember document possible for my older father!
