Write some Software

Hello, I need to be able a custom ACCESS tool for inventory. Let me walk you through what I envision. I have two tables with information: Table 1: Employee ID Number (Name, Last Name, Hired Day, ID Number) Table 2: Inventory ID (Inventory number, details) Example: The employee scans his/hers bar code number. Access looks up the person in Table 1 and based on that it populates the name of the person (name and last name). Access gives you THREE options to follow up that: A) NEW CHECKOUT B) RETURN C) REPORT A PROBLEM If the person clicks on "A" "NEW CHECKOUT." The person then is prompted to scan the barcode on the product. Access looks on Table 2 Inventory ID. and matches that number with the product. The product CAN'T already be checked out, and times stamp the [login to view URL] creates a list (Table 3) of the product that was checked out, with the following information: RESULT from A): Employee ID Number, Name, Last Name, Day and Time Checked out (all this recorded on Table 3). ------------------------------------------------------- If the person clicks on "B" "RETURN" The person then is prompted to scan the barcode on the product. Access looks on Table 3 Inventory ID. and matches that number with the product that was already checked out. The product CAN'T be checked in if it was not checked out and records the time stamp of the transaction. RESULT from B): adds this information to (table 3) in the respective field. OR creates "table 4" that records returns. If "table 4" is created, I need to be able to run a report that shows me all the checked out products and the returned products, names, last names time stamps of both actions. ------------------------------------------------------- If the person clicks on "C" "Report a Problem" The person is prompted to write a paragraph of the issue. There should be a field for Inventory ID. So the person can report that a specific inventory had some problem or some other note. The inventory ID is not a mandatory field. ------------------------------------------------------- Reports that I need to be able to create: Report 1: Every Week product: run all the checked out products not returned and count days since checked out. Need the report to clarify that the report is updated as of (day when run). Report 2: Number of products checked out and returned per employee. Need the report to clarify that the report is updated as of (day when run). Report 3: (read below to fully understand this one). Be able to create a report based on Inventory ID. Lets just say, that location 1, has inventory from 00011 to 00200. Then I want them to just be able to run reports on their Employees, and who didn't return a list, who has, and how many everybody has done (same as Report 1 and 2 but for the current location). Report 4: report per location. With that just names each report w a title of the location (North, South, SLC, SLC2, VOLUNTEER). So we can see the same info per each of those. I need to be able to use barcode bars, and also I need to be able to type the numbers in case the bar code is not working. I need the part of the form that asks for the three options: A) NEW CHECKOUT B) RETURN C) REPORT A PROBLEM be simple to use, clean and sort of pretty. Hopefully. no need for scrolling or TAB but that can be arranged. I envision this to be on a computer next to the inventory pile, and run from there, but there is a chance that I will need this to run from ACCESS online web tool. Because I may have 4 locations using the same Tables 1 and 2, and I need to be able to pull Table 3 (and 4 if is there), and I need to be able to run reports Report 1 through 4 from home base (SLC).
