Hello! Okay, that's a very complex application. I'll outline what I understood here:
There are three users of the plugin - the client, the employee, and the lot manager.
A CLIENT submits forms thru the site, receiving an email confirmation that the form was sent.
The EMPLOYEES are notified by email that there's a new request waiting for processing, and they're notified again if no employee does it within an hour.
An EMPLOYEE processes the form by assigning it a lot location. The CLIENT then receives by email a link to a page where it can see a calendar that lists the times he may go to the lot for an appointment. He selects a free time slot and is told to wait for confirmation.
The LOT MANAGER of the given lot is notified of this by email, and then accepts or declines the appointment. If he accepts, the client is notified and reminded of the date/hour of the appointment, if he refuses, the lot manager must provide a comment about why this was the case, and the client is asked to select a new time slot for the appointment. This repeats until the client and lot manager agree on a time.
I have a few questions, but I think I understood the project well - it's a bit more complex than it looks.
Please be careful with other bids - developers with lower price ranges likely did not understand the needs completely.
