Subscription-based Shop for PHPfox

The site you will be working on has a custom "SHOP" module which allows visitors to purchase items from member's shop. I require a feature which will allow the PHPFox admin, from the administrator panel (memberships), to enable the shop for any member account type. For example, there should be a selection for each account type (Guest, Normal, Gold, VIP) to enable or disable the shop feature. Need to make sure also that when creating a NEW MEMBERSHIP type, the shop is disabled by default and can be enabled later. Each site member's SHOP tab will appear if they have an account type with SHOP enabled, or SHOP tab will NOT appear if their account type has the shop disabled.
