Strip Connect On My Website With Split Payment

I have a ticketing website [login to view URL] and I need the payment gateway Stripe Connect configured on my website. Event Organizers can submit their events and add their ticket types and can choose the option to be paid through their Strip Account. What I need is for my website to able to charge a 10% + $0.50 Service Charge on top of the face value of the Event Organizers tickets. But I need the face value of the ticket to get to the promoters Stripe account & the service fee to come to the site's owner Stripe account. I also need the the Name, Address, Zip, Credit Card Number, Exp Date, and CVS code on the Stripe checkout form.
