Do some small changes in Drupal Site

Hello, I need some small changes in my drupal site: Register page ([login to view URL]) ------------------------------ (This page has been created with render form) - Right now all my fields are required in front-end register form and back-end. I want this to change to only be required in front-end register form, not in back-end. The only fields that need to be required in back-end aswell are username (Serienr Eskeep) and emailaddress. - If you click on the register button, it redirects to homepage and the customer doesn't know if the account was successfully created. If you click on the "Create Account" button, I want to show a message on the page itself that account has been created and have all fields emptied. (When account registration successfull)
