Simple Chrome Extension and simple Admin Panel website

Looking for an experienced Chrome Extension Developer to develop a website with admin panel and chrome extension to scrape website carts when a customer fills his cart on several store websites (Such as: amazon, wallmart, John Lewis, Ebay etc) so that I can upload the same cart/customer onto my admin panel and place the order for them.
