Set Up Admin & Database for Articles

These 2 pages should be populated with text the client loads through an admin page ([login to view URL]). Article and Publication display page [login to view URL] [login to view URL] All of the pages necessary to function have been designed and put into place. We need an experienced programmer to set up the database and make it function with the php pages already in place. It did function before but server crashed and MySQL database had no backup. Programmer should be a professional in MySQL and php. Once the work is complete payment will be released once we have tested the work and any final corrections have been made.
