script to create multiple sites from designated templates

OK, I need a script that can take lists of data, and based on this data, create random websites. For example I will have a list of phrases, and then a list of web site urls, and then a list of pictures, and maybe more. I want the script to be able to grab at these randomly and then create unique pages from them, with varying ammount of pictures, and phrases, and links to other sites, and then when it is done makingthe pages, Iwant it be able to save a list of these created pages, and then insert them into every new site that they create in the future. I want it to basically be a big giant list of sites that form a huge circle of links, but I don't want it to be a generic looking page, and I want each t actually be worth looking at. The pictures that it chooses from would be great if could just tell the script what directory to look into and then they just randomly pic pictures from that directory. I want to be able to tell the script to write files to certain places, and keep all the pages completely unique, yet informative. Does anyone thinik they can do this for me?
