VB6 to VB 2008

I? have written a scheduling program in VB 6 and now want to convert it to Visual Basic 2008. I? downloaded? Visual Basic Express and like the look of this version of VB. My existing VB 6 program has: 38 forms 16 modules 2 class 1 Control One programmer estimates 3 to 4 full days of work to upgrade the code? and compiled? into an exe. This is what I need done - and it needs to run on Vista. I will supply a large database to? build and? test? the conversion.
